Degree Show

NTU Art and Design Degree Show is open to the public until 12th June. Along with Textile Design and Fine Art, the show can be found in the Atrium of the Bonington Building, Dryden Street, Nottingham, NG1 4GG.

Room Divider

 Three panel room divider with hand silk screen printed wallpaper

Each panel is 2000mm x 450mm

This is the back view of the screen, a solid frame which is finished off with a coat of wood dye for the natural colour of wood.

Line Paintings

These are some of my large scale paintings which show movement, fluidity in line and surface pattern....

This particular painting reminds me of muscle fibre maybe because of the colour red...what do you think?

A detailed drawing of twigs that you find on trees especially in the winter when they are bare and all you can see are the linear lines of the tree....

A pattern in the making...here the inspiration are the knots found on the bark of trees which form the tightly formed lines all connecting together.....

Fabric Colour Range

A mix of fabrics used for furnishing interiors which include linen, linen blend, needlecord cotton, silk dupion and cotton.

There is a mix of bright and indulgent colours against differerent textures. Each giving a unique feel to each piece whether the final piece is a cushion or upholstered chair.....

Wallpaper Colour Range

These are the final colour ranges for my wallpaper range. A mix of fresh colours which would transform any living space into a contemporary and exciting interior....
